Swedish Massage
$60/60 minutes   $90/90 minutes

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as long gliding and kneading with some degree of deeper focus (adjusted to your preference) to create a fluid and soothing massage. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity and greater flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage
$65/60 minutes   $95/90 minutes

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable.  You always have control of the session so that the pressure level is precisely at your preference.

Myofascial Release
$65/60 minutes   $95/90 minutes

Myofascial release (MFR) is ideal for relieving chronic tightness in muscles due to overuse, trauma, stress or inactivity.  Deeper, focused strokes are used with less emollient, creating an effective stretch of the muscles, skin and fascia.  Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Direct MFR is sometimes known as deep tissue work. Indirect MFR applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia; this allows for increased blood circulation and relief from pain.  MFR is wonderful for loosening up those unceasingly tight areas and increasing range of motion.

Hot Stone Massage
$110/90 minutes   $135/120 minutes

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage in which heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. These smooth stones are also used to complete a relaxing Swedish massage experience.  Muscles that are heated in this manner release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Trigger Point Therapy
$65/60 minutes   $95/90 minutes

Trigger Point Therapy is a style of bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing trigger points in your body. Trigger points are tender areas of tension that may be thought of as "knots" that are built up throughout a person's life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. During a session, focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques order to release your trigger points. This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative.  Trigger point therapy is especially helpful in releasing tension headaches.

Chair Massage
$15/15 minutes

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension. You'd receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I can bring to your workplace or special event if you'd like. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid any discomfort that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

At Home Massage

Relax with a soothing massage in the comfort of your own home--I'll bring my massage table to you!  For home services, pricing is dependent upon round trip mileage and parking, plus an added flat fee of $25 to the prices listed here.  (A flat fee of $30 is added for Hot Stone Massage.)  Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
